About Me

It's hard to describe ourselves sometimes. The idea of sharing our interests, our likes and dislikes, our passions, the things that make us tick. I think we only ever realize how important this is once we've experienced the connection it can make with someone else. I think connecting is what sets us apart. It's what makes us different. So, in the interest of connecting, here's a bit about me:

In a few, somewhat quirky words, I like to consider myself a sidewalk-doodler, a classroom-hand-raiser, a 5-am-designer, a stubborn re-trier. I’m the “darer,” the rule-bender, the word-maker-upper. Today more than ever, we live in a culture of rule-bending dreamers. And, above all else, I would like to consider myself “that darned dreamer”.   • Create national brand identity, including the design of the company logo and marketing materials for print and web media.
  • Video-record monthly design and development meet-ups.
  • Design of investor pitch decks and advertiser information packets to attract customers and partners.
  • Lead the company's focus on high-quality consumer-facing design, user experience and marketing campaigns by implementing consistent design layouts and experiences across web, mobile native, video, and print.

Creative Innovations Design Intern

  • Design and produce 2 motion-graphics promo reels for external-facing Google apps – Google Web Designer and DoubleClick Studio. These videos have been featured in TechCrunch, Google's Design blog, and gathered over 50,000 views on Google's YouTube Channel.
  • In April 2015, The above videos were awarded Gold and Silver Regional ADDYs
  • Redesign UX flow and interface of Google’s internal Ad Campaign and Client Management tool.
  • Created graphic assets in Photoshop and Illustrator for DoubleClick Studio Dynamic site redesign.
